The artist will not draw: real people, complex machinery, or complicated commissions or designs without appropriate reference images. The prices set by the artist are non-negotiable and are set before the commission is started. At least half of the cost is to be paid upfront. The only payment methods accepted are electronic transfers such as: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Stripe, through Ko-Fi, Artistree or Patreon, or any other similar, secure method. Checks and credit card information will not be accepted. After the commission has been started, the artist is under no obligation to revise the original concept as stated by the customer. Any add-ons must be requested prior to the purchase of the commission. The artist will correct any character details or mistakes in interpreting the client's request as long as requests for revision are made at an appropriate time of the commission. If a request is made at an inappropriate stage of the artwork (ex. requesting a pose change during the rendering phase) the artist is under no obligation to make any changes. Skeb commissions are not available for any revisions other than large mistakes regarding character design. For applicable commissions, the artist will update the commissioner during the following stages in order to make alterations to the artwork: initial sketch, flat colors, and render - and will then submit the artwork to the commissioner once approved. All WIPs will be heavily watermarked to prevent theft. All paying Patreon members and new referrals from previous commissioners are entitled to a 15% discount off of the final commission price. No other discounts will be given unless there is a specific sale or event in effect. All artworks can be expected to be completed within one month, if the commission requires multiple characters or adjustments, the timeline may be increased. Any deadlines for an artwork must be discussed prior to purchase, and a rush fee may be incurred. The artist will submit the artwork via email to the commissioner as PNG by default. If a different file type is needed, it must be included in the request. Artworks are default 1600 px by 2000 px, 300 dpi, orientation dependent on composition. If a specific resolution is needed, it must be included in the request. The artist will submit both watermarked and unwatermarked images for the commissioner's use. At this time, the artist is unable to send hard copy prints to the commissioner, however this may change in the future if demand, supplies, and facilities become available. If the commissioner is unsatisfied with the completed artwork, the artist will work with them to correct any mistakes, however a refund is not possible, as the labor has already occurred. If the artist cannot complete an accepted request after payment has been issued, and no progress has been made or deadline cannot be extended, a full refund will be issued. The commissioned artwork is free to be used for personal use, but is not allowed to be used in any means with generative AI.
